Where is your office located?
Our office is located at H.N. 2267/3, opposite ICICI Bank, Old Delhi Road, Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana. You are welcome to visit us during our working hours.
Can I buy a policy if I live outside Gurugram?
Yes. We serve the entire NCR Delhi region in person and offer online or video call consultations for clients located anywhere worldwide.
What types of insurance plans do you offer?
We offer a variety of LIC plans including life insurance, pension and retirement plans, child education plans, term assurance, health insurance, and motor insurance.
Do you charge for home visits?
We offer complimentary home visits in Gurugram to discuss your insurance needs and help you fill out proposal forms in the comfort of your home.
How can I pay my policy premiums?
We accept payments via cash and card. We will guide you on the safest ways to pay your premiums directly to LIC.
Will you help me if I need to make a claim?
Yes. We provide complete assistance at the time of a claim, helping you organize the necessary documents, fill out forms, and coordinate with the office.
My old LIC policy has lapsed. Can you help me revive it?
